This practical two-day program introduces participants to the principles of 5S methodology and Visual Management as powerful tools for improving workplace organization, safety, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Participants will learn how to implement the five pillars of 5S — Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain — and integrate visual controls to enhance clarity, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The program combines theory, real-life case studies, group exercises, and hands-on activities to ensure participants can confidently apply 5S within their own departments.
